Sushi Kun better watch out. It looks like they might be on to him!

If you have absolutely no idea what I am talking about, you should check out Sushi Kun’s MySpace which can be located here (yes, my dog has a MySpace, so sue me ).

It’s super late right now and I’m having trouble sleeping so I thought I’d blog about Sushi. I found the image and it reminded me of him (and of Sir Carlton).

Today is little Sushi Kun’s third birthday! Can you believe he is already three years old?! I remember when we rescued him from the shelter and he was barely four months old. My, how time flies!

Everyone should wish him the happiest birthday ever! Also, you should add him on Twitter and MySpace if you haven’t already! YAY!

I’ve recently discovered that I really enjoy taking pictures. I’m constantly amazed by the photographers I work with and the art they create, and I’d love to learn even an ounce of what they know. I’ve also noticed that I’m usually the one who pulls out a camera and snaps a shot whenever I’m out with my friends. Wouldn’t it be fun to learn the more technical aspects of photography so the candid photos I take look even better?

I’m starting to think that I want to take a photography class. I’ve always been in front of the camera, so I think it would be really neat to be behind the camera for a change. There are some great courses offered at Santa Monica College and UCLA this summer, so if I can find the time I’d really like to take them. I know that I’d need a better camera first, but I’ve been looking on craigslist and you can find some great cameras for dirt cheap there.

What do you think? Do you think it’s silly that I want to try my hand at something new? Or do you think I should go for it?
